Widely regarded as one of the finest pianists of his generation, Brian Ganz will launch the 72nd season of Music at Evergreen with a program encompassing six pieces by Chopin, as well as Beethoven’s “Appassionata.” Ganz will play Evergreen's newly-conserved 1936 Steinway Model B piano, which was owned by Alice Warder Garrett, the co-founder of the Music at Evergreen concert series. The performance will be followed by a meet-and-greet reception with the artists.
Music at Evergreen is made possible by the Evergreen House Foundation.
