The T&S Society is a scholarly and social organization serving Johns Hopkins graduate students, postdoctoral fellows, and faculty interested in the premodern and early modern periods and their subsequent historical reception. The T&S Society was established in 1923 by Sir William Osler and revitalized through generous support from the Krieger School of Arts and Sciences Dean's Office, Charles Singleton Center for the Study of Premodern Europe, Alexander Grass Humanities Institute, and the Sheridan Libraries' Virginia Fox Stern Center for the History of the Book in the Renaissance.
