12:00pm - 1:30pm

Registration is required. There are 5 in-person seats available. There are 36 online seats available.

This inaugural event of the Digital Humanities Workshop Series will feature a roundtable conversation with Craig Messner, a post-doctoral researcher with the Center for Digital Humanities, Nadejda Webb, assistant director of LifexCode, and Emily McGinn, DH librarian at the Sheridan Libraries addressing the question: What does digital humanities, or DH, mean to you?

Moderated by Ellie Palazzolo, a PhD Candidate in History, the conversation will explore how each panelist defines DH and how to get involved with DH on campus. Feel free to bring your lunch or join us online for this hybrid event.

Location: Mergenthaler 429 (AGHI Common Room) or Zoom

The Digital Humanities Workshop Series is presented by the Sheridan Libraries Digital Scholarship group in partnership with the Center for Digital Humanities (CDH) and LifexCode. The series offers monthly events highlighting the work of a researcher applying digital methods to humanities materials.
